I BOOKED A QUANTUM HYPNOSIS HEALING SESSION. NOW WHAT?
Before the session date, you will receive an email containing a link to our scheduled ZOOM meeting.
You may start to notice shifts in your energy and removal of blockages as a result of your own setting of intentions, refraining from lower vibrational food/beverage/drug intakes, increasing water, releasing that which no longer serves and giving permission to your “team” for assistance, as well as from Jen’s pre-session remote energy work, shielding and working with your Higher Selves and team to prepare you for your highest outcome. Our “teams” are serious about what is to take place in your session!
Start speaking to your Higher Self and your “team”, galactic family, soul family, angels, etc. Ask them to start removing anything that no longer serves you. Tell them what you’d like to work on during our session and give them PERMISSION to help you, as well as PERMISSION to work with Jen’s Higher Self to aid you in channeling infinite quantum healing powers for your highest good, without harm. Remember, intention is everything and YOU ARE IN CONTROL. Jen is a bridge between you and your High Vibrational Team to help facilitate your highest healing. Jen IS NOT the one doing it, however Jen does act as a guide and guardian for your highest outcome during that session, by working from her heart and own I AM SOURCE LOVE LIGHT. Jen will teach you how to use your’s more consciously. Its within ALL!
If you don’t already, start drinking TONS OF WATER! I promise, its the fastest and most important way to clear your channel. Your body is the messenger and it is made up mostly of water…there IS a reason for that. Water also holds memory, so please say loving words to it before you drink it, as that is what you will put into your body. Intention, intention, intention!
Refrain from meat, caffeine, sugar, alcohol, smoking and recreational drugs as much as possible, if not completely, for at least 3 days before your session. Prescription medications, especially psychiatric medications MUST be discussed with Jen in advance. Some psych drugs prohibit your ability to have a successful session. In those cases, Jen may suggest finding a surrogate (close friend/family member) to “lay in for you” during the session. The above listed intakes DEFINITELY cause blockages from a clear connection to the Higher Self in session. If this sounds terrifyingly difficult to you, speak to Jen about it so proper awareness and guidance can be shared. Remember, ALL healing is SELF healing and intention is POWERFUL. You reached out for this session to begin your healing journey and your journey of remembrance, so please think of it as a challenge that you CAN overcome! You got this and only gets easier from here! DO expect a little (or a lot) of resistances to “pop up” in the days right before your session…whether from your “ego” or something else…it is ABSOLUTELY normal and expected. In these cases, choose to simply observe the resistances, perhaps journal or note them and share them with Jen. Typical resistance comes in many forms, but especially poor sleep night before, feeling like have “cold” symptoms, friends/family having issues that need your attention or give you stress the day of the session and even hearing “self-doubt” or a sudden “mistrust” of Jen. Believe me, these are the “infringements” Jen will be focusing on removing during your session as there is more behind them and they’re associated with and connected to more than you could conceive – until you have a session! When in doubt, Jen is a call, text or email away!
Download and install the Zoom.us App to be sure it works on your device. The Zoom.us App can be found in the Apple App Store, Android App Store, Microsoft App Store and at the Zoom.us website, here. You will need a stable internet connection for this session.
Before the session date, or Pre-Interview date, whichever comes first, you’ll need to email your list of questions to the Higher Self or any main topics you’d like to discuss with Jen in the Pre-Interview. More info on questions and typical topics can be found listed below this section. Having these questions in advance allows for the most efficient session possible and the most time during the hypnosis portion to receive the most healing and answers to your questions.
Listen the the prep meditation I’ve created to begin opening you up to your Higher Self and to get you used to my voice and speaking style. This 15 min guided meditation is open ended and you can continue the meditation after the guided part is finished at 15 mins. You will be accessing the meditation via YouTube, so be sure to turn OFF autoplay in your settings to stop recommended videos from automatically playing after the meditation is done playing – or you WILL be startled back to a waking state. Feel free to listen to this anytime of day or just before bed. It is ok to fall asleep after it is finished. You may use this meditation as often as possible before your session, but you may also continue using it afterward to continue opening up your channel to receiving guidance from yourself.
WATER for drinking. A white candle would be amazing as well! Don’t worry about bathroom breaks – they are of no issue.
A comfortable place to lay down during the hypnosis portion of the session, like your bed or couch. Have cozy pillows and blankets on hand so you can have some layers. It is common for your temp to drop when in the theta brainwave state, but also common for it to raise when the frequency of the Higher Self is present. You may add/subtract these layers, as needed, without issue.
One piece of selenite and one piece of black tourmaline of your choice. Selenite placed at your right side or in hand and tourmaline placed at your left side or in hand. You can easily and inexpensively find these at your local crystal shop or at Amazon.com, by following these links: Selenite and Tourmaline. These two crystals are very powerful in aiding clearing of negative energies within and around you and reducing the EMF infringement from your device, as well as “boosting” positive energy.
Your chosen device, plugged in to its power cord with ZOOM App installed (computer, laptop, cell phone, tablet) and a headset w/ attached microphone (like the one that comes with iPhone). Use this device to access the previously emailed meeting link sent. Click the link from the email and it will automatically open up the meeting in the Zoom App. Most often, you can join the meeting using your internet connection for audio. Another option is to dial in using the number provided on the screen option. You will see a “waiting for host to join” status until Jen starts the meeting on her end. While you are waiting, you can check the preview video and test your mic and speakers by following the prompts on the screen. Uncheck the “mute” button so Jen can hear you.
Solitude and privacy is a must! No other people are appropriate, for any reason. Their energy is only a distraction at the least and likely will cause infringement. Animals are permitted during the session, as they are your creature companions there to help heal and transmute the negative energy, unless you feel they will be too distracting. In that case, please make arrangements for them off-site, rather than being cared for by someone in your home.
In the sections below, you’ll find more information if you feel you’d like to come to your session prepared with specific questions – ideally to be asked of your Higher Self.
I will conduct a full “Body Scan” with your Higher Self to detect and heal/remove anything that no longer serves you at the time of the session. Please send a list of health issues or any dis-ease (physical, mental or emotional) with any questions.
Providing questions…or even having specific questions to be asked during a Quantum Healing Hypnosis Session is expected, but not required by any means. In my experience, about 60% of clients come with specific questions. The rest come with a sense of curiosity and openness. We, of course, discuss much during the Pre-Interview, so we may uncover together topics that could be brought up for illumination. Many people mention that they started out thinking they had tons of questions and curiosities, but once they started trying to list them, they either became irrelevant or had answered themselves once brought up. There’s no right or wrong. Do what resonates with you!
Please do not add extra explanations or history – only questions, about five (5) or less per category (listed below). Do not include explanations or details about the questions. You will discuss them with me before your session. (Very basic example questions below. Feel free to get creative and ask freely about anything you would like to know). Anything redundant will be revised before the hypnosis portion of your session.
Here are some examples of questions or topics typically explored. Please organize your questions in this order:
Life/Spiritual/Experiential questions (purpose in life, path, etc.):
What is my purpose in life? Am I on the right path? I had something happen in my life… (Experience, dream, knowing, loss of time, etc.) What was it, and why did it happen?
Is my spouse or relative my soul mate or part of my soul group? I have a difficult relationship with (my spouse, child, sibling)… Why is this and how can it be healed? Who do I have a soul contract with? Is this friend the right vibration for me? What can I do to spend time with others in environments that don’t resonate with me?
I don’t like my job or what I’m studying in school – should I quit? What should I be doing instead? I’m thinking of starting my own business. Is that a good path for me? What will it take for me to live a life of abundance?
Family/Children/Pet/Partner related questions:
I have a family member or minor child with an illness. Can I do anything to help them? Is my pet part of my soul family? My pet has an illness. What is the cause? I’ve recently lost someone close to me. Can I connect with them?
Health related questions:
Why do I have this pain, allergy or illness? Why can’t I lose weight? What type of foods are best for me? What should I avoid?
I like to ask this question: “What unlimited potential can we unlock or unblock today for your highest timeline.” Get ready for a quantum leap!
Your intention to have a great session is key! Once you’ve made the decision to have a hypnosis session, your Higher Self begins preparing YOU to readily communicate with YOU. Thoughts and energy will automatically begin to flow to you to prepare you for this session.
Our session could go up to 4 hours, not including the Pre-Interview, so eat something light and healthy before your session. Plan to eat a warm/hot healthy meal after the session. Its key to keeping you grounded. Don’t forget to drink water! Water is a conductor for energy and that’s what we’ll be doing during your session; channeling and moving energy. Your session will not be affected if you need to empty your bladder during your session.
Intend to come to your session balanced and clear headed. Limit your use of caffeine for 2-3 days before your session. On the day of your session, if you normally have 2 cups of coffee in the morning, cut it down to one cup; just enough to keep you from getting a caffeine withdrawal headache and early enough so the caffein high can wear off before the hypnosis segment of the session begins. The intention is to go into a wonderful state of deep relaxation. A clean, live diet (fruits and vegetables) is always recommended. No recreational drugs or alcohol, as these are programmed sources of negative infringement. Don’t drink alcohol the night before and/or the day of your session. A session will not be conducted if you are under the influence of recreational drugs, alcohol or any other substances that alter your state of awareness (including psychiatric prescriptions). Do not take any pills to relax you. This may jeopardize the success of the session. Take any medically necessary prescriptions that you would normally take. If you are prescribed psychiatric medications, please contact Jen to discuss this prior to your session. Depending on the medication, I may not be able to offer you a session due to the way the medications alter your state of mind and prohibit accessing higher states of consciousness.
Get a restful, full night’s sleep. If you meditate, do so the morning or day of your appointment to help clear your mind. If you don’t meditate, then do something that calms you like taking a nice relaxing walk, petting your animals or listening to some soothing music.
Since you may be lying down for a couple of hours, you should wear comfortable, light, loose-fitting clothes that won’t constrict your circulation or over-heat you while you’re lying under a cozy blanket. If you typically wear socks to sleep, wear them so that your feet will feel good. You’ll be taking your shoes off for the hypnosis portion and relaxing. If you wear makeup, keep it light because tears will make that mascara flow.
Practice relaxing prior to the session. To do this, simply sit or lay down comfortably, close your eyes and bring your awareness to your breath- and then to any part of your body where there is tension. Breathe into that space until you feel the tension lessen or dissolve or relax. Remain in that space for as long as you can, locating any tension until your entire body is easily and effortlessly relaxed. This practice can be useful before and on the day of your session, helping you to access a lovely state of relaxation.
Each person’s experience is totally unique and you will experience exactly what you need. Release any expectation of what you should feel like when you’re in a hypnotic trance or what your session will be like. Just enjoy the experience and let your Higher Self and the Universe take care of the details. If you’re into having more than one session, which is unavoidably beneficial, trust me, they will all be unique and relevant to you in that moment. Every session peels back more and more layers, revealing more and more illumination, healing and spiritual enhancements. You’re going to love this!
You will be fully alert, but deeply relaxed and may find yourself in a semi to very blissful state. Sometimes, my clients feel like their body is buzzing with energy, some are very ready for much needed and often denied rest.
Be sure to eat something after the session so that it will ground you. You spent some time up in the heavens, so you will need to ground yourself back to Earth after the session, such as walking in bare feet on the grass or doing a grounding exercise (I can show you some).
Schedule the rest of your day so that after the session you won’t have activities that will require a lot of concentration or physically hard work.
When you receive the private YouTube link to your session recording in the couple days following your session, download the recording to your computer and listen to your session or simply revisit the emailed link to find it as desired on my YT channel (it will always be private and only for you, unless you share it or give Jen permission to share it publicly, less any info deemed inappropriate to share). It is recommended that you listen to the material at least three times – but please DO NOT listen to it while driving your car to avoid potentially zoning out.
For several days after the session, the connection to your Higher Self will remain open, so pay attention to your thoughts, dreams and intuition. You will begin to recognize that voiceless voice. Sometimes it can take some time to process everything that has happened during a session, especially when many meaningful things can happen in such a short period of time. Pay attention, because important information may be coming through to you when you least expect it and you don’t want to miss it! Since the vibration of your Higher Self will also be recorded, you will continue to receive insight and self-healing any time you listen to the recording of your session.
